I am very thankful that we used Dan as our inspector for our investment property. The property is about two hours away... from where he lives, but he had no problem of driving that far. It was four units building, so it means a lot of work. We couldn't present for some reason, but dan is very trustworthy, he checked EVERYTHING, took a lot of pictures, and wrote some suggestions and recommendations. From his report, we can the tell the owner didn't take good care of the property, there will be a lot of problems along the way. Dan is very professional, very knowledgeable inspector.
